Reiki is a gentle form of bodywork. Reiki is an energy work which can be relaxing and restorative for many people. The session is held in quiet calm surroundings and the client remains fully clothed. The practitioner does a series of hand positions over or on the client. These hand positions coincide with the seven major chakkras in the body.

Reflexology is based on the idea that the body is mapped out on the feet, hands, and ears. Specific points, which correllate to the body organs are stimulated when the practitioner applies light to moderate pressure. Reflexology works through the nervous system and has been shown to relieve pain as well as promote good circulation and lower blood pressure.
